GTA: San Andreas playing problem. PLEASE HELP!!!!

So i just bought GTA San Andreas on Xbox 360 slim 4g (bought a 250gb seperate) but i've downloaded it multiple times and i haven't been able to even start it up. I'm getting to the point that im getting pissed about having wasted $10 on a game that i cant even play. I trust that theres a way that i can play it and if anyone has advice, PLEASE HELP ME OUT. emailed xbox already and still have gotten a reply....

Please check out our Xbox Originals sticky (forums.xbox.com/.../25.aspx) for more info. To be clear, you purchased a Microsoft brand hard drive, new, from a reputable retailer? Did you purchase it online?
