DLC code invalid

Hope someone can help.  I just bought Forza 3 Ultimate Edition which included the Stig's garage car pack.  This is a brand new copy.  I opened the code card and there are three codes that I can redeem.  I have tried redeeming all three codes and my xbox tells me that they are invalid.  I have verified that I had inputted all the codes correctly.  If someone can help me that would be great, or if not, how do I turn in a trouble ticket with MS?

This is because Turn 10 (the developer) has removed the content from the Marketplace, meaning it is only available for re-download (ie, by people who have already purchased/redeemed it previously).

The only way that you would be able to download this would be if Turn 10 were to put the content back on the Marketplace.

Hello I believe I read an article from turn 10 studios saying the dlc content for that game has been "pulled" meaning its no longer available. I'm going to try to see if I can find a link to the article, In the mean time I would suggest

contacting support through turn 10 studios to see if anything can be done for you.

I am experiencing the exact same problem with the dark ranger outfit and test of power dlc. There are 2 codes on the back of the pamphlet i have tried and verified both, the game was just released for xbox 360 today. Any Ideas?
