Achievement Picture is Gone!?

Apparently, my Quantum of Solace achievement picture is gone. Three of the achieve, specifically are not showing up with their picture.

Title that are missing pic:

Quantum of Solace ( Complete Eco Hotel )......Casino Royal ( Complete Mont. Train, Casino Roy, and Casino Poison )....and

From Russia With Love ( Complete Siena, Opera House, and Sink Hole ).

I don't know if anyone ever encounter with this problem before, but these pic did show up when I got them. Now today when I got on, I was getting the 007 difficult achievement which I finally got and check my unlock and saw the other three gone. If you know what I should do, please reply, for now I'm just gonna have a random space block of whiteness which might be bothering for me or other LIVE players....which I hope it doesn't. Oh, I was playing offline to get the 007, but the rest were online though.

It's supposed to be blank

No, I don't think so. Especially this website has the picture of them: www.xbox360achievements.org/.../achievements

but it's okay though, I'll research more about it.
