Xbox keeps asking "update needed"

It ask for an update and i downloaded it but after it finished it hangs and stop working. It contineusly asking me for an update needed what should i do

Try to clear your xbox system cache using the procedure in this page :

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

This will remove any update in your console that may be causing this error. After doing the procedure try connecting to xbox live one more time to see what happens.

Its a console update theres errors but i coundt recreate it so i cant give u the code but it say someting about "someting missing from the update you have to redownload the update" what should i do?
