Immer wenn ich online spielen möchte schmiert die cd ab und sagt das ich sie waschen soll und die konsole neu starten soll

Völlig abwegig, aber hast du schonmal geschaut, ob die DVD Kratzer hat? Ansonsten auf die Festplatte installieren

so fings bei mir auch an, dann hats noch 5 Monate gedauert und das Laufwerk war hin = 2. kaputte Box ohne Garantie.

waschen ist nicht so ratsam...steht oder liegt deine xbox?wenn sie stehen sollte leg sie lieber hin.wenn sie steht kanns sein das cd´s oder dvd´s sehr zerkratzen(erschütterung)
eventuell hat dein laufwerk auch eine weg.kann ja keiner von uns beurteilen wie du die box/cd/dvd behandelst.
