Remote logout from Xbox Live?

Hi, I lent my Xbox console to someone and then realized that my Live account is open there, I set it to not ask for password. As I have connected the Xbox to Everything else I worry that my friend will have access to my Hotmail and facebook accounts as well. Is there any way I can log ut from the Xbox, i.e. sign out from the Live account, without actually having the Xbox in front of me? There is Another account connected to the Xbox so my friend is able to open that account and play from there. Many thanks in advance! :)

Sign into Games for Windows Live with your xbox credentials. That will kick your account offline. www.xbox.com/.../DownloadClient
