Need to cancel credit card details but cant sign into xbox.com

My brother made my xbox account, and it has my mums credit card details on it, this account is playing up as it always resets my gamerscore and game saves, i want to make a new account and start fresh. but i dnt no if the credit card will stop xbox live monthly if i delete the account, so i wanted to cancel this on my account no, but my brother has forgton his password to the windows live id which has the account on it, how could i cancel this payment without logging in to xbox.com (unable to)

If you contact support for your region, they can help you get the account back in possession to the best of their abilities. Of course the can also help you remove the credit card/cancel membership if you really want to go that route. When you call in, I would suggest having the full 16 digit credit card number handy. That will allow the agent to bring up the account that the card is attached to and allow them to cancel the membership and remove the card.

Calling support/billing is the only way to remove a credit card off of your account. You can not delete the account. The only thing you would be able to do after you drop the card off of the account is to create a new gametag. That will also require a new WLID account.That is the route you need to go.

I believe you can also manage your payment methods on our billing site (https://billing.microsoft.com) but calling support would also work.
