#1. how do I remove the automatic xbox live gold renewal??? is the only way to call the Xbox dudes???? or can I remove it on the webbsite? (I live in Finland, I know you can remove it on the hompage if you live in some countrys)

Call support. It's the only way in most countries.

If your card is outdated, but you still have auto-renewal turned on, they will continue to try to take your payment. After a few tries, if they can't get a payment, your account will be suspended until you pay off the balance you owe.
