How do I appeal my account suspension?

nobody here can help only the suspension forum can they will be able to tell you why you were suspended, but that is all they will do, they will not remove it or shorten it, sorry.

I was told on the phone by someone at Xbox that I could appeal it on the forums.

The reason for the suspension is falsely accused and now lost XNA membership which I require for my University course in which I can not complete without the membership.

It's about a different profile.

Apparently I am banned until "31/12/9999" for apparently "accessing DLC from illegitimate means" when I haven't.

I have asked for what DLC it supposedly is but they just say nothing.

The only thing that has happened recently is my friend came over for a week and transferred his licenses to my xbox so we could play zombies on black ops (he is a good friend of mine) and now I can play them on my name.

Is this what caused the suspension and if so how can that be fair?

I can't lose this profile because it is my life (I am studying Games Tech and need XNA to complete my course).

Loss of profile = loss of my 3 years at University (I am on my final year now).

No haven't had any private messages.

I have been with Xbox from when it first came out (pre xbox 360) and have done everything with in the ToS etc and now  when I need it the most, I get suspended for life with no way of appeal :(.

Well there isn't anything we could tell you that you haven't already tried.  

I'll assume you're telling the truth, and you didn't do what you were accused of (I really don't actually know).  Does anybody else have access to your account, or gamertag (friend, room-mate, etc)?  If so, they may have done something to get you banned.

No, I never let any one use my profile and make people who want to play create their own GamerTag.

To access DLC illegally means I'll be ripping off what I wish to go into.

My dream is to be a programmer in the Games Industry.

Maybe they trust their "technology" too much and don't believe they can have a single false alert.

Are you accused of using profiles downloaded from the web to access DLC content? Seems to be a wave of bans for that at the moment.

All I know is I am accused of accessing DLC through illegitimate means so if what you say is one, then I guess I am being accused of that.

All I use my xbox for tbh is casual gaming with friends / family and game development.
