How can I reset the Family Settings on my xbox 360?

Hello, my little brother was fooling around with the xbox 360 the other day and managed to put a family settings password not allowing to play certain games. He can't remember what combination he entered as well as the security question, and I cannot reset the 360 to default or change the settings without getting past the family password. Been trying to contact xbox but so far no solutions, anyone know how I can get past the family settings or at least restore the xbox 360 to default?

you will have to call support to have them remove it

Hey there! I would suggest calling Phone Support. They will be able to provide you the correct code to reset those parental controls. Please make sure you have the serial id from your console (which is at the back)
