I was playing a randome game and then I killed this dude over and over and then he said if i killed him 1 more time then he will kick me offline and I did because its just a game and he kicked me offline and as soon as i get back online he kicked me another 3 times back off. So can anybody help me.

Help a kicked keeps kickin me offline?

Not sure how its possible for him to kick you unless it is a private game. I recommend blocking communication with him. Make him a avoided player and find a new match to play. You may even jsut want to switch to a new game for a hour or so. Like all trolls he will go away soon enough.

If you get disconnected from Live then this person may be conducting a denial of service attack on your Internet connection. You should block communications, file a complaint and set them to avoid. Next contact your ISP and tell them someone is attacking your connection, your ISP will issue your equipment with a new IP address and he won't be able to disconnect you again.
