my gamer tag is moneyxxxmike and i had an xbox stolen. so i called microsoft and had my account blocked, just incase of anyting bad would happen. i currently recieved my xbox back and i would like to unlock my xbox gamertag. i have been trying to get this to happen for 3 weeks.
this was my response from an xbox live team member " If you feel this occurred while your account was not in your possession, you may open an ‘Unauthorized Access’ case by contacting your local Xbox support number. While we work directly with Support during their investigation, please note that they will make all further contact with you regarding the details and results of their proceedings. We will be unable to assist you in this process.
i blocked it before they could excess it. so how is this possible???
