I keep getting a error message when I try to log in and when I look up the code it says that its a banned code. Which doesnt make sense I did not violate the code of conduct and this happened right after the update. Also on xbox.com it still says I have account but at time is says, "uh oh that should happened. It appears you found a glitch in the system." im wondering if i was banned or is it just the error that everyone is getting during this new update and if i was banned can i know what I did wrong and how long I am banned for and email saying I am banned.

If you received a ban, check your email that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. In there will be an email from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (or something similar) stating that you have been suspended. If this email is not present in your inbox, then your account hasn't been banned. You will need to contact official Xbox support.

Could you post the error code please, in the mean time, make a thread in either of these forums - LIVE account suspension, My console was banned forum with a brief description of your issue so the Xbox LIVE Policy and Enforcement Team (XBLPET) can take a look and see if you have been banned etc. Is there anything else I can help you with?

if your account banned or suspended from Xbox Live the error message will tell you this flat-out and give you the info on it could you please tell us the error code so we can better help to fix your problem?
