error 8007065B

I'm trying to download my profile to my xbox but this error keeps popping up saying that profiles are currently unavailable for download.  Any ideas why?

There has been an issue with error code 8007065B today. According to Connectivity Support, you should just need to roll back the system update.

- To do that, go to System > Settings > Storage > LB RB X LB RB X

- The system will tell you that if there are any storage devices with a system update that they will be deleted

- Say "Yes"

- The console will reboot istelf.

- The systme update should automatically prompt you to download it, however if it does not then just run the Test Xbox LIVE Connection test and the system update prompt will show up at the end.

- Once the system update has been re-loaded you should be able to DL your profile again.

I have question I keep getting error code 8007065b on my Xbox 360 when there is nothing wrong on my internet connection I checked Xbox server status there they said nothing is wrong I am upset that I keep getting this error code is there anything that can be done to fix this
