come richiesto apro un nuovo 3ad in quanto il problema mio non è proprio lo stesso accusato da un altro utente poco sopra.

io sono quasi sicuro di avere due game tag, (una è questa e l'altra una cosa tipo jestinrook qualcosa assegnata in automatico dal live) sullo stesso indirizzo.

Non ho la certezza ma puo essere che questa game tag l'abbia creata direttamente dal sito e non passando per xbox.

ora io vorrei entrare nella mia nuova tag, che faccio?devo cancellare questa?

so che a ragion veduta mi direte che non è possibile avere due tag su uno stesso indirizzo ma sono quasi sicuro al 100% che sia cosi.

Ciao, non posso che ripeterti che non è tecnicamente possibile:

1 account Live ID (email) -> 1 gamertag

Per verificare l'account Live ID in uso collegati col gamertag in questione dalla console e vai in 'Gestione Account'.

Da che ne sappia è possibile cambiare nome al gamertag, il tuo profilo è associato a un solo account mail, (es: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** =jestingRook7698 ). Il tuo gamertag potrebbe anche avere un diverso account solo se vuoi sostituire o cambiare indirizzo di posta. (es: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** = jestingRook7689). Non esista che tu abbia 2 indirizzi di posta collegati ad un solo gamertag. Se ti fosse capitato consideralo un errore grave, chiama l'assistenza.

gia risolto :) il problema stava nel fatto che le due tag avevano uno l'indirizzo es *** Email address is removed for privacy *** e l'altro *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

quidni io ero sicuro di avere messo la stessa e-mail, e in un certo senso era cosi. ora ho cambiato e come vedi non sono dentro piu con l'altro profilo ma con questo
