Connecting my Pyramat S2000 sound rocker chair

We got a PYRAMAT s2000 SOUND ROCKER Chair. We are trying to connect it to our xbox360. I currently have my console hooked up to my TV with an HDMI. The problem I have is the Component HD / AV cable that I have (grey one that came with the unit) Is very thick and will not plug into the av connection on the console ALONG with the HDMI plugged in. The gamer chair has a RED / WHITE input. I need a slimmer AV connector or a different way to plug a red/white cable into the chair from the xbox console.

I'm not sure how you would do that, the console seems to have been designed to prevent both AV and HDMI being used in conjunction.
