CANNOT CONNECT TO XBOX LIVE IRELAND

Hi, please help I can connect to my isp (Eircom) but the connection from internet to xbox live fails. Ive tried everything, ports,suggestions in the help category and it still fails, this is driving me mad as the connection was fine up to a week or two ago. I'm also getting an error status report with the  following, W: 0000-0021, X: 0000-F001, Y: 30A8-4840, Z: 0000-0000, ID: 0006-0000 if this is any help.

What Country/State/Province do you live in? = IRELAND

Modem brand & model number: = N/A

Router brand & model number: = NETOPIA 2247-02

Network Connection Type: Wireless/Wired = WIRELESS

If Wireless, what type of encryption are you using? =  WEP??

Things you have tried:

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown = YES

Is NAT Type Open? = YES

Any Error Codes you encounter: AS ABOVE POST

What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G? =  EIRCOM WIRELESS

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? = EIRCOM

When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" what is the exact message shown on screen? = FAILED TO CONNECT TO XBOX LIVE

Hi, its possible this is down to your ISP but can you try this if you haven't already  www.unofficialguidetolive.co.uk/.../84-eirecom-customers-with-netopia-kit

Cheers ShadOwmanUK, that done the trick even though eircom had told me there was no issue on their end.
