Achievements not unlocking or tracking?

Since I came home around mid December I have found that no achievements are unlocking or even tracking any... for any game!

Games I've been playing are Gears of war 4, Cod infinite warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered. Would play more but no point if i cant get the achievements 

I've tried hard restarting, removing and recovering my account, waiting a couple of weeks for them to pop but nothing. 

Has anyone else been having this problem? and could help out?

Did  you make sure to review and try the troubleshooting steps outlined here to try and resolve the issue?  If so, make sure and report this via the Xbox Insider Hub, and include the titles of games you are seeing the behavior with in your description.  This information is essential for the developers to investigate further.
