Microsoft wireless keyboard 3000 v2.0

@ key is typing " when using shift @ key. The only way to get @ is to press shift " keys. The CD was not supplied with English UK version neither can I find software on the microsoft wewbsite for English UK. Is there a solution to rectify this problem? Can anyone please assist.

1. When was the last time the keyboard was working fine?

2. Do you face similar issue with any other keys on the keyboard?

3. Why do you need the CD in English UK version?
