Control Panel---Change 12 hour clock to 24 hour clock!

This way:
1. Open the Control Panel. (Classic View)

2. Click on the Regional and Language Options icon.

3. Click on the Customize this format button. (Circled Red below)

4. Click on the Time tab.

5.  Click on the drop down arrow next to the Time Format: and click on HH:mm:ss.
7. Click OK to apply.
