What is the Hotkeys to toggle the view type in Windows Explorer

To change a folder to Details view in Windows 7, I would hit Alt -> V -> D. This doesn't work in Windows 8 because the D toggles the Details Pane instead of toggling the view type. There are no letters hovered over the view types (icons, list, details, etc), seeming to imply there is no hotkey to change the view.

Am I missing anything, or is there really no hotkey for this in Windows 8?

Unfortunately this particular hotkey is not available in Windows 8 Operating system as this is by design of the operating system.
