Screen Resolution changes on startup

Hi,

Couple days ago my computer just turned black and when it powered there was Highest posible resolution 1600x1200 it's strange becouse i was always using 1920x1080 (Monitor: Samsung S22B300). I updated all drivers, and found one (Video Controller Compatible with VGA) in Devices Menager which ant be installed on my PC. It says: In loading sources memory  there is no sign MUI.

Could someone help me?

[For all mistakes i'v made i am sorry, but my english it's not perfect :/]

My PC:

Processor: Intel i3

Graphics Card: GeForce GTS 450

Windows 7 64x

Note: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps from section “How to reset the computer to start as usual after clean boot troubleshooting” to reset the computer to start as usual.
