Hi,
1. Is the connection issue specific to the Frostwire 4.21.7?
2. What was the recent hardware or software change made to the computer prior to the issue?
Please follow the links mentioned below to help troubleshoot the issue.
Note: before troubleshooting make sure that the Java installed on the computer is upto date and also if your service provider has not blocked or restricted ports that connect to sites like Frostwire or torrents.
Method 1
Check your antivirus and firewall settings for block and conflicts.
Disable your antivirus program and firewall
