I just recently changed my motherboard to a better one and when windows 7 is starting I get this BSOD error

STOP: 0x0000007B (0x80D86B58, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x0000000)

What does this mean and how to I fix it? I read somewhere it has to do with the hard drive. I know it sees the HDD because it shows up in the BIOS and i've accessed it via diskpart although the drive letters have changed for some reason. I've ran the recovery to no avail. Says it cannot fix his problem manually.

If Startup Repair won't work, try a repair install before you wipe it:  http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html
