HI ! I'm having a problem creating folders.

HI ! I'm having a problem creating folders. I right click, go to new , but nowhere in that box does it say folder. I can create everything except folders.(short cut,bit map,contact,journal document,text document,compressed(zipped)folder, and briefcase.) What do you guys or gals recommend ?

Do you have Chrome installed? It is looking like a recent update to Chrome is responsible. If you would like to remove Chrome and reboot to test, please do. To fix it without removing Chrome, here are your options.

Tip: When you save the text to Notepad, the default file format is .txt. Change it to All Files.
