Insider Build 16193 Serious Issues

After installing Insider release 16193 ( from 16188) I could not run any installed apps.  Also when I ran File Explorer it took over a minute for the green search bar to complete.  I was able to roll back to 16188, only by using the option in "stop insider builds".  After rollback, the computer is running normally.

Same issue here.  No Apps or even System Tools like a Command Promt could be started. Tried to do some Troubleshootings but was unable to run any Tool even in Secured Mode. Finally i had to RollBack too.

During RollBack i got an error telling there was no system found on the Harddrives. Figured out that this was an issue with SecureBoot that had to be turned off in UEFI BIOS. First time i ran into this kind  of error.

Ein Computer beherrscht die kompliziertesten Dinge. Das sieht man am besten in seinen Fehlern.

Same problem here

only Edge and Firefox (both 64bit) start.

All 32bit applications don't run.

Office 2016 doesn't run.

Bricked laptop! NOT GOOD!!

Same issue, some applications work and some like Skype / Office / Avast is not working

Lot of apps cant see window of started aplication. Like rocket dock, total commander steam. After i started app i can see in background process but nothing appear...

Total commander 32 bit version not working but 64 bit version work

My SP4 pretty much mirrors this, AVG , Office 365 all appear in TAsk Manager but can't switch to the window, had to roll back to 16188, this is not good MS... not the experience we have got used to with Insider Program

My Name is "John H. Batie," I am not having any problem with Build #16193.1001  release 1703. I guess the reason may be related to the clean-up procedure that I am using.
