VIA USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller 1.0 (Microsoft) fails to start properly every boot

I just reinstalled windows today and Every time I boot up my computer the driver for VIA USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller 1.0 Fails to start properly, and I have to go into the device manager, Uninstall it, and then scan for hardware changes for it to reinstall and be started properly. I have to do this every time I reboot my computer.

I am on windows 10 version 1703

Does anyone know how to fix this so the driver always starts properly on System Startup?

I figured out the problem
its an issue with the way windows 10 handles motherboard USB drivers. Uninstall the motherboard-provided usb drivers to get the VIA 1.0 Extensible host controller working again. With the motherboard usb driver it interferes with the VIA driver. if you dont install it all your USB ports will work fine.

If it doesnt work after simply uninstalling it try reinstalling windows without installing the provided motherboard driver.

It's weird but it works. I dont know why the provided USB drivers interfere with the VIA 1.0 driver. I think the most likely reason is because the development team overlooked how windows handles the installation of USB drivers, which caused a problem in handling them when they do get installed. Because I know that in windows 7 this doesn't have the same issue.
