my email @w.cn cant set up the account help!!!!

My Email is @w.cn. i cant set up my email! I can't figure out how to get my mail through POP3.  The directions for live.com, hotmail, etc.. don't work and I can't find any directions specific to having your own domain. it keeps saying ''There's a problem connecting to the POP3 mail server'' 
all my emails are deleted!!! please help me i need my email i have important documents!

Please be informed that if you registered your account as EASI, you can still be able to sign in to your w.cn account. In this case, it would be more helpful for you if you direct your query on this link to know you can gain access on the account again.
