How do I set Outlook 365 to always download pictures in messages? Thanks. Colin

Hi ColinTalbot,

 

To automatically download pictures from the Internet in Outlook for Mac, you can follow the steps below:

  1. On the Outlook menu, click Preferences.
  2. Under Email, click Reading.
  3. Under Security, select the option to specify when you want to automatically download pictures from the Internet: either in all messages, or only in messages from your contacts.

 

If it doesn’t work, I’d like to know what’s your Outlook version and what’s your Office 365 subscription?
