15048 No Start Menu, Action Center or Cortana

Just updated from 15046 to 15048, now have no; Start Menu, Action Center, or Cortana function. Everything worked until the first reboot of system.

Update seemed like it went fine, did clear out all pinned task bar icons.

Please do not ask if I posted to Feedback Hub, have no access to it.

Update: Right click for jump list also does not work.

sfc /scannow dose not work

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth does not find files

I had the same issue in the previous build. Updating my video driver fixed the glitch

Just updated from 15046 to 15048, now have no; Start Menu, Action Center, or Cortana

Test the hypothesis that you are looking at the second half of an extended display, when you have a Taskbar enabled on all monitors.  E.g. then you could right-click the Start button on the secondary and see its menu there but anything else would only be rendered on the phantom? primary (unless you have a real second monitor to attach to see if they are just backwards.)  Then my usual suggestion is to try Win-P, CursorUp, Enter as you would to switch the Project dialog to Duplicate from Extend.  Also turn on Narrator (press Win-Enter) because it will follow keyboard focus and describe what you can do even though you can't see it.  Etc.

Your lucky.  My machine will not even start up.  I am stuck on the blue screen that you get when it cant start windows.  I have tried all the options in there.  Nothing works and none of my restore points work, the trouble shooting cant resolve it. 

For right now, my PC is basically dead.
