No Login Box at Start Screen - Windows 10

Thank you for keeping us updated on the status of the issue and apology for the delayed response.

I would like to inform you that now you can create an Installation USB media for build 10130.

However, before you try to reinstall the Windows I would suggest you to perform an Startup Repair through Windows 10 installation USB media.

To do so, follow the steps given below:

a. Start your computer from the installation media. Insert the USB flash drive and restart your computer. If you see a message asking you to "Press any key to boot from DVD", do so. If you don’t see the message, you might need to change the boot order in your computer's BIOS settings so that it first starts from the USB. When you see the "Install Windows" page, click "Repair your computer" to start the Windows recovery environment.

b. If you don’t have installation media, use the power button to restart your computer three times. This will start the Windows recovery environment.

c. In the Windows recovery environment, on the "Choose an option" screen, click "Troubleshoot".

d. Click "Advanced options" and then click "Startup Repair". Check if it helps.

Important Notes:

1. Disconnect all the external devices connected except mouse and keyboard.

2. To boot the computer through Windows 10 installation USB media, the computer must be configured to start from the USB drive. For more information about how to configure the computer to start from the USB drive, see the documentation that is included with the computer or contact the computer manufacturer.

3. Modifying BIOS/ complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.
