Super Street Fighter Update issue

Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition will be released today (hopefully) however there WAS a small (4mb) update yesterday in preperation for its arrival.

However I have a small problem. I have the SSFIV on demand and it isn't updating!? If I put the disc in the machine this update will automatically appear but not for the OD version? Does this mean that On Demand games can't be updated? I realised there was a problem when I noticed there was nobody online, so I put the disc in and VOILLA! updates and the online community is there!! I'd be a little (LOT) gutted if I can't update my OD version as I'd hoped.

myself and many others are having this issue.  i'm going to be very upset if i just shelled out $15 for the AE dlc and can't play it with the OD version...

I'm optimistic and hoping they'll sort this by tonight!? No  reason why On Demand should be treated any differently than the disc version IMO... They sold it as the full game so the updates should still apply??? (fingers crossed)

Ditto too. It seems everyone who brought it game on demand is not working. This is discrimination.

This is ridiculous! 45 € thrown in the toilet ... yeah dear microzoz and capcom are bordering the line of the comic! give yourself a move to solve this problem so I can begin to play street fighter yun & yang edition -.- "

Have you tried clearing your cache or redownloading the Games on Demand version of the title?

Seeing others having this problem, I've passed this off to someone in Support for an answer/solution. But, I want to see if any common actions can fix it first.

Yeah, its not working at all with the games on demand version. Everyone is having the same issue.

Tried the usual cache clearing, re downloading, etc etc.

I'm having this issue as well.  I even found and downloaded the update pack this morning and now when I start the downloaded version of SSFIV and it checks downloadable content, it says my download is corrupt so it won't be available in the game.

I know everyone is very, very antsy to get their Yun and Yang on and to test out the Arcade online, but try to remain patient for now. Faith, my fighting brothers and sisters. Faith.
