I demand a refund!

right ok i bought battlefield 1943 yesterday from xbox live market place, and i played it once and whent off.

 

now when i click find match it trys to log me in and says network error.

 

now hears my problem, i cannot play it because it is a online game only, you have to sighn in to play.

 

since the games not working give me my money back since i payed to play and the crappy servers wont let me!

You must've been able to play somehow as you have achievements for that game now.

Next time when something doesn't work, try asking for help fixing it. All the games clearly say NO REFUNDS.

this guy obviously had a subpar english language education as he could not read NO REFUNDS

The above posters are correct--all purchases on the Marketplace are final. That being said, let's see if we can't resolve your issue. What seems to be the issue exactly? Are you unable to sign-in before playing the game? Please provide as much detail as possible. Thanks!
