I have purchased call of duty black ops new maps it has took points off me and it well not let me download it gets to 99% then says cant download. i a
have also realised its took more of my points leaving me with no point can you help please.

You can only change your account region if you live in one of these countries - Russia, Poland, Brazil, Hungary, Greece, Czech Republic, South Africa, Colombia, and Chile
Otherwise you'll have to create a new account with the correct region.

yep
only content allowed in germany is USK and you need a USK disk
(german account and german disk and if its compatible with your xbox hopefully region free disk)
