dead rising 3 smartglass companion

tried to use this several times just now. it keeps saying the companion is paused but there seems to be no way to unpause it and no other controls are responsive.

 

trust me it sucks most of the time i had it on my old phone and it worked 1 out of 6 times and i got a new windows phone hasnt worked once. im going to try my tablet later but i doubt it. sucks alot when you dont get the full experience your promised

Ironically it works fine on my iPhone 5 and iPad 2.

hmh I just tried my ipad 2 with the same result. nada. I am in overtime mode but there is nothing anywhere that's says the app should not work in this scenario.  if anything it should be the preferred mode as it appears to be infinite time mode and allows you to get stuff done!

Hi, I also had issues using this, however, connect your smart pad app to xbox before you launch your game. It has worked 100% for me this way
