Arcade Game unavailable?

I recently bought, and played, Deadliest Warriors: Legends.  The next day the game said I only had the trial, but the game is appearing in list of full games that I have played (although I have no achievements yet).  I tried re-downloading it but nothing is working.  I have had good results from Xbox's support in the past, but if nothing can be done, is there any way I can be refunded (or get a code that will make my game work?)

Are you on the original console the game was purchased on? Are you using the account the game was originally purchased with? Are you connected to Xbox LIVE when you try to play it?

I am on the console I purchased it from, and this is the account I purchased it from (KSCK26) but I would like to be playing it on my main account (Jolly Rancher26).  It won't work on either one even though it's still in the recent games of Jolly Rancher.  I only really use this account for purchases since I moved from Canada to the USA. My other one won't let me purchase things anymore :(

So both of your accounts are Canadian, but you physically live in the US? This can cause some Marketplace issues. It is suggested that you create an account that matches the region you physically live in.

KSCK26 is a US account for purchases but I use Jolly Rancher (the Canadian one) for my social gaming, like friends and generally playing online.

I just want to clarify that when you are on the original purchasing account that it still doesn't work. Try playing into it. Are you having similar issues with any other game?
