Xbox.com account

on xbox.com my account is linked to a Trimericwall2 but this is not my gamertag, my gamertag is Kongla, but when i try to change it on the xbox i cant because of the TrimericWall2 gamertag, and when i try to get Kongla via my xbox.com account i cant because it is linked to my old email!!

 

also..

my payment options have been wrong on the xbox so im no kicked out of gold membership, but when i log on it tells me to update the payment option, so i add my new credit card and press select, i get logged on in a way but i cant do anything online and all my friends are gone, if i turn off my xbox or log out of xbox live, once i log on again im back to the start and have to select payment options...

well..im not trying to recover my profile i think, i have all the account info, only problem is that on this website, my user is linked with the gamertag trimericwall2, and i would like to have this deleted so i can get my payment info on this website with the gamertag Kongla.
