The patch reduced the static I was having pre patch, but the audio still has a static clicking/popping noise at spots, subtle but very annoying and unacceptable IMO... Is this a known issue and will this be fixed in a patch, if not I'm returning this headset. It sounds like interference due to being wireless, this sucks because this headset is amazing, when I use it on my PS4 with the 3.5mm jack on the dualshock4 I get non of the audio static clicking/popping, so ether its a software/hardware limitation or my Headset Adapter is broken. I tried the headset with both my Titanfall and Day One Edition controller which are Both updated with the new controller firmware, yet the audio still has this problem. :( How is your experience if you own the headset?

So no one using the new headset or new headset adapter and hearing weird popping noises at the dash board when you go left or right you hear the dashboard beep but during that beep noise there is crackling and popping if you listen carefully. Is this just me? Need more ppl to confirm plz.

My freinds say they hear a lot of static when I talk just a little louder in the party I was really hoping this adapter would just work perfectly because I didn't have a fun time making one after 4 tries but now the one I made works better then the real adapter, I GIVE UP.

i also get little amounts of static, it mostly happens when im browsing the dashboard(sound effects when moving about the dashboard) or during gaming in quiet/ambient environments(been playing Strider and there are quite a few moments in the game where it gets really quiet)
i was part of the march update preview and i updated my controller(day one edition) with the headset adapter connected with the preview update before the final march update preview build (xb_rel_1403.140301-2200 build)

A couple of things to try, folks - when we were testing the Surround audio, we noticed this popping/clicking issue and assumed it was related to the Surround over Optical, BUT, it may be related to the controller instead. A couple of things we did/tried which seemed to work were:
Do a hard reset of the system (hold the power button down for about 10 seconds, wait for the power brick light to turn orange, then power the system back up.) This seemed to help a majority of people.
If that doesn't work, make sure your controller is fully charged. I noticed that my popping/clicking issues increased as my battery life got lower and lower. I charged my controller, but it was also the same night that I did a hard restart and also received a new update to the system, so it was impossible to tell WHICH thing actually helped! :-)
