Xbox live keeps disconnecting

I'm trying to download Mafia 2 right now from the marketplace but Xbox live keeps disconnecting. It may stay on for 2 minutes and then just disconnect. 

I did the speedtest: www.speedtest.net

Ping: 26 ms

Download speed: 5.77 mbps

Upload speed: 0.64 mbps

My wireless connection on my Xbox 360 is one bar. The test connection to Xbox Live succeeded. Here's the report:

W: 0000 - 0021

X: 0000 - F001

Y: 20A8 - 4840

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID: FFFF - FFFF

L: 8015 - 100D

What would be some solutions to get my Xbox live working?

Appreciate if you could post up the make and model of your router and your modem as well (if this is not a single device).

If its possible, try connect your console with a wired (Ethernet cable) solution intead of wireless.

Make sure there are no corrupted contents associated with save games or your gamer profile. Corrupted contents is shown as an yellow exclamation mark.

You may also want to clear the Xbox system cache a couple of times. Here's how!
