Virginmedia customers in Wales and Southeast England cannot connect to xboxlive?

Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone here is having problems with xboxlive and are on the Virginmedia network in Wales or the southeast of England? Its seems the problem has been happening since April and Virginmedia so far have said there is no confirmed fix date.

Its seems every other week Virgin have some kind of problem with gaming on the their network, Its becoming a joke. I'm on Sky so can't confirm but the official help forum has a lot of complaints about this.

I live just on the outskirts of Aberystwyth and no have no problems up here.

My mate's in Cardiff on Virgin and he's had a massively reduced speed for the last few weeks - down to 2 meg sometimes. Been offered a discount on his monthly payment with the promise of a fix 'soon.' No news on when that could be though...

I'm in Sussex and I've had no problems what so ever.

Infact I've been with them for years and hardly ever experience any problems.
