I tried to update my xbox again after it gave me some error code now its giving me this error code. somebody help me out.

I had the same damn problem, I uninstalled the LOA Reckoning demo and it fixed the problem, might work for you.

Hey guys, if the above suggestion doesn't do the trick, please try the steps listed for that error code on our
official update support page:
The update could not be downloaded from Xbox LIVE. Try the following:
- Try installing the update again.
- If you are having problems connecting or staying connected to Xbox LIVE, see Xbox LIVE connection problems.
Note You can also update your console software by copying the update to a USB flash drive or CD. See Troubleshoot console software update problems.
