Service Request

Has anyone actually ever been able to get a service request because this website and the additional support systems are the worst I have ever seen. After not being able to print the label required for postage I finally managed to get through to an online support live chat where the person on the other end has now managed to unregister my xbox one from the support centre so I can no longer request a service. I have been trying to find a contact phone number that seems not to exist, and therefore have resulted to posting on here to see if anyone has any advice?

The general customer service number for Xbox is 1-800-469-9269. You can talk to support techs who should be able to help you with most problems including emailing you labels that need to be printed out. They helped me with this when I had to send my Kinect in for service repairs that were covered under warranty.

for the Xbox Support Phone number use this link: support.xbox.com/contact-us and be sure to check if the Country/Region in the bottom left corner matches your country.

Phone numbers can be different per country/region.
