Problem mit Prepaid Code

Hallo,

ich habe mir vor kurzem ein Xbox Live Arcade Gamepack gekauft. Auf der Disk ist Lumines, Bomberman und Geometry Wars 2. Ausserdem lag der Disk noch ein Gutschein über 48 Stunden Live dem Spiel Ms. Pac Man zum Download bei.

Nachdem ich den Code eingegeben habe, heißt es aber immer das er ungültig sei. Ich habe ihn bereits mehrmals kontrolliert und es kommt immer die gleiche Fehlermeldung. Gibt es eine Lösung für das Problem? Wäre schon schade wenn ich den Code nicht nutzen kann, denn auf Ms. Pac Man habe ich mich schon sehr gefreut. Auch die 2 Tage Xbox Live Gold würde ich natürlich noch gerne mitnehmen.

Über Tipps wäre ich sehr dankbar!

Gebraucht gekauft? Wenn nicht ruf beim Support an und schau mal, ob die was machen können. Codekarte hast du ja und per Seriennummer+Gamertag sollte sich da was machen lassen

Vielleicht hast du ja eine 0 (Null) mit einem O verwechselt. Sowas passiert ganz schnell...spreche da aus Erfahrung.

Wär natürlich jetzt ein Ding, wenn ich eine Points Card von MS mit der Prepaid Card von Aion verwechseln würde. ;)

Also das Spiel ist original verpackt gewesen. Auch der Code musste ja noch freigerubbelt werden. Deswegen gehe ich davon aus, dass der noch nicht benutzt wurde.

Buchstaben die man verwechseln könnte sind eigentlich auch nicht dabei. Habe wie gesagt den Code mehrfach kontrolliert.

Ist das denn wirklich so, dass die Codes nach einer bestimmten Zeit ablaufen? Das wäre ja eigentlich mehr als daneben. Schließlich habe ich das Pack ja käuflich erworben. Auf diesem wird ja Ms. Pac Man auch als Download Version beworben. Das fände ich ehrlich gesagt jetzt nicht unbedingt sehr kundenfreundlich.
