Perfil no Xbox 360

Quando fiz o meu cadastro no xbox eu criei dois perfil, ele me sugeriu dois nomes esquisitos, então apos o cadastro desliguei o xbox 360 + kinect e vim nesse site e alterei o meu gamertag, agora quando ligo o xbox 360 ele informa problemas com o meu perfil e pede para recupera-lo.

Não sei como proceder para recuperar o meu perfil e o xbox apresenta o nome antigo do meu gamertag e nao o novo que criei.

Exclua o perfil do console e use a opção "recuperar gamertag da xblx live"

Na parte de configuração de dispositivos de memória você vai achar essa opção.

vc entra no xbox e vc depois clica em entrar ou sair ai tem la todos os perfis e vc escolhe quel escluir
