Payment Options are not working

Hay peeps..

 

well my free trial is up today so i wanted to buy the gold subscribtion but everytime i try and do it ..

 

the screen comes up with IT SHOULDNT BE DOING THAT " YOU HAVE FOUND A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM"

 

thats all it says .... any ideas ????????

SAME! this problem has been annoying the hell out of me i'd wish microsoft would hurry up fix the bloody glitch already! :(

Have you tried purchasing on the console? Do you get an error message/code when you try? What LIVE deal are you trying to purchase? What payment method are you using?

I understand this particular issue happens when you have a pending payment on a current card.  You will need to call billing on the telephone.

Microsoft is very difficult at times to change your financial informaiton on and for good reason, the security is a lot tighter than other console competitors who have been in the news recently.  Self billing regulation is not permitted purely to prevent fraud and protect you.  Yes it is slightly more inconvenient but that means that Microsoft is 100% responsible for you unless you deliberately do something against the law.  Please contact someone by telephone in order to update and remove any old payment information.

well i think its because they no longer offer the yearly package at 79 bucks... i just tried paying it month by month and it worked fine... just the 79 bucks doesnt work...

ahh well atleast i am online
