Open Tray - Unable to read any discs.

This is rather annoying now, My xbox didn't do it too often but now it seems to be a permanent case ...

 

I have tried all of that above. When I insert a disc, I can hear the Xbox spinning it for all of a second before it ceases to spin and come's up with the 'Open Tray' Menu. I now have an xbox that I can only use for xbla games ... and I can't really afford to just go out and buy a new one :/. Also, i bought my Console about 2-3 years ago and not even sure when my warranty would be.

Open tray and disc reading issues.

If this does not help then you likely need your console servicing.
The standard warranty is 1 year OP so there will be a charge for a repair/service..
