How to get rid of impersonating xbox live employee user messages

You don't need to ignore the messages. First thing to do is file a report against the gamer. It is actually against the Terms of Service to impersonate MS employees. Next, you can block user. As long as you don't send the user a message, the user will be unable to send you additional messages.

In all of my years on LIVE I have never run into this problem.

Ignore, block communications, and delete the three most effective methods.

The first text message you got is worth reporting too. File a report, block communications and move on.

Hum … you do realize Microsoft have used freelance police in the past. You just never know who you are play against.

[/quote]Quite the leap you made there, Riven.  Let's say they are actually free lance police.  These policemen still aren't employees of Microsoft.  So, again, they broke the rules by impersonating.

As for the OP....  ::looks at gamercard and sees Call of Duty::    It's gonna happen.

If you change your communications settings to 'Friends Only' in your privacy setings, you will never receive messages from random players on Xbox Live.

File a complaint and then block communications.
