Hilfe bin neu und mein code geht nicht :(

Hallo,

Habe heute die Xbox 360 bekommen und da war Skyrim als download dabei. Habe also die Schritte auf der Rückseite befolgt, ein Profil erstellt und der Xbox live beigetreten. So jetzt bin ich bei "code einlösen" gegangen, den 25stelligen code eingegeben aber es kommt immer er sei ungültig .. :(

Kann mir bitte jemand helfen? Was mache ich falsch?

Ja das Paket ist neu und der Code war noch nicht frei gerubbelt

Main Kusin glaubt es liege an der Internet verbindung aber ich habe mit dem laptop und handy sehr gute verbindung in dem raum wo sie steht

Vergewissere dich, dass du den Code korrekt eingegeben hast. Ansonsten rufe den kostenfreien Support an und schildere dort das Problem. Nur dort ist man in der Lage dir dabei zu helfen.

Manchmal sind die Codes schon sehr unleserlich und man verwechselt oft Buchstaben, wie zB V - U und B - 8. Ich hatte das auch schon des öfteren, daß ich erst nach dem dritten Mal hinsehen den Code richtig eingegeben hatte.

Hast du das Bundle : xbox + controller + forza + skyrim ? Wenn ja, ich hab des auch gekauft & bei mir hat alles funktioniert. Komisch. Villt wirklich nochmal genau raufgucken, wenn immernoch nicht geht, dann Support anrufen.
