oh bummer. Well you could probably get into contact with the enforcement team on the suspensions forum. If you do get it reset, you might get stuck with zero for a while.

I have zero gamer score when i log into account on xbox. Not only that I have to recreate avatar every time and it says i haven't played the games that I have clearly played and got gamer score and achievements. When I get on my computer and log into www.xbox.com I magically have all my achievements and gamer score so I want to know why this is and if i could get reset back to regular achievements and all?

You need to post in the Account Suspension forum.

You'll have to have someone file a complaint on your account and you will be reset eventually. You know, along with the cheater stamp, you won't be able to re-earn any of the achievements you already have.

@CrazyMayhew It sounds like your profile is corrupt. Try deleting it from your console and then recovering it.

@CrazyMahew-You need to delete your profile from the console (PROFILE ONLY!) then recover it back onto the console. Then your stuff should be all set.

@OP-regardless of whom modded your gamer score YOU are going to be the one held responsible for it. That means when you get reset you will be labeled a CHEATER and you will NEVER be able to earn achievements on any games played prior to the reset. Your only recourse if you ever want to earn achievements on the games you played prior to the reset would be to start over with a new account.

Then I would have a nice long talk with your brother about respecting your stuff and not doing things like this to your account. You may consider moving your profile to a USB flash drive and keeping that locked up when you are not using it to prevent this from happening again.
