family settings

i currently bought a pre owed xbox 360 250G to find out it was locked by family settings..i do not know the 4 d1g1t code or the safety question ...so i cant play cod7 due to this...i was wondering what advice/help can you offer. thank you :)

Why would you buy a USED console? It is best to buy BRAND NEW as you do not know the history of the USED console.

You need to go to SYSTEM SETTINGS and RESTORE TO FACTORY SETTINGS.

CALL XBOX CX SUPPORT, THEY CAN GIVE YOU THE INS ON HOW TO RESET THAT TO FACTORY DEFAULT
